Additionally, Travelers has made available a platform, Easyfix, to help guide NY homeowners through repairs and maintenance. Here are the key components for Easyfix:

Easyfix is a new digital offering from Travelers that provides homeowners with simple and personalized on-demand, virtual home maintenance services.
Homeowners virtually consult with an Easyfix pro to troubleshoot a problem, determine a diagnosis, or make an educated decision about next steps regarding home repair or renovation projects, including when it is necessary to bring in a licensed professional.
We are currently sharing Easyfix information with New York Travelers Home ProtectionSM customers.
Customers can visit Easyfix online, share a description and photos of a home repair or maintenance issue, and receive guidance from an Easyfix pro.
Easyfix hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
